  • The machine uses ultrasonic waves to destroy the pore and oil film of the sole surface. It can clean the sole to enhance, the adhesive effect during cementing process.
  • The machine can clean variable materials thorough, such as rubber, EVA and PU.
  • It was designed as upper-web and low web to clamp the soles. There is a crank mechanisment on the upper web. It can adjust automatically the thickness of the sotes.
  • Ultrasnic waves deep cleaning in the detergent tank. Water tank using raising nozzle and the acid neutralization tank uses spar washing system.
  • The machine uses stainless steel frame & SUS #316 acid-base durable tank match with the PP plate environmental material outside cove, it can efficiently block feat and noise.
  • It equipped a special designed chamber. It can purge the vapor from chamber. The effect of drying is nearly perfectly by using the blower and air nozzie.
