BACK COUNTER MOULDING SERIES

This machine is operated by two cold and two hot of air blowers for reactivating the back counter, it is suitable for any kind of shoes to upgrade production quality.
Back counter pre-heating set is adopted heating up to the mould directly as it heats up the counter much softer in quickly,it is applied to the moulding of the Hot Melt Glues.
Simple and easy to unload the mould or shoe last and even to quick change the position setting, more convenient in operating and finalize the moulding perfectly.
With the adjustable sweeping knife applied to any type of counter, to make stiffener, glue piece and vamp cementing tightly, not corrugate , not deform and not bubble.
Adopted ECO-refrigerant cooling system, cooling in fast, good effect with temperature achieving to -30℃.
Inclinable cooling moulding design, more simple and precise for vamp setting and position operating.
Adjustable clam to make the vamp and last 100% cementing together.
The temperature of mould could be adjustable in accordance with shoe-materials, to make the shoes in best condition by moulding.
PLC controlling system collocated with an efficient interface, can be set up operating memory for various shoe type, setting adjustment and operating would be more quick and precise.
