Screen Printing Series

The screen printing machine system includes the material placing machine, screen printing machine and NIR circulating oven. Instead of manpower printing process, this system prints material by automatic machine.
The machine system is designed for auto material placing, auto printing and auto drying.
Material placing and screen printing are integrated in one printing system. It can save the material placing manpower and simplify the position process between printing screen and material.
The machines are driven by a servo-motor, which can accurately position and control the machine moving velocity.
Materials are placed and printed economically and reliably by pneumatic cylinders, and the pneumatic cylinder output can be controlled by the pressure regulating switch.
The machine system is designed to move and print on the work table, then the traditional manpower printing table and the relating equipment can be directly applied on the system for the fast building of the automatic printing line with the lower cost.
The printing machine system is controlled by the computer interface, which has strong control function and is easily operated.
Compatible printing material: PCB, transfer printing paper, leather, rubber, acrylic, glass, ceramics, metal plate, plastic plate, etc.
The machine system weight (table is excluded): 323 kg.
