  • The machine uses strong spray-wash to clean completely, no need to used the ultra-sonic; environmental friendly and ecumenically.
  • Suitable for conventional 〝mold wedge EVA〞 sole cleaning before painting, printing, and uv illuminating.
  • Uses only 55~65℃ of hot water to pressurized wash, eliminating the solvent contamination by MEK, methylbenzene .....etc.
  • whole machine uses stainless steel, and pp outer covering only used in the sum conductor filed, completely isolated the noise from the blower and air nozzle; low noise level and better heat insulation.
  • It was designed as upper-web and low web to clamp the soles. There is crank mechanism on the upper web. It can adjust automatically the thickness of the soles.
  • It equipped a special designed chamber. It can purge the vapor from chamber. The effect of drying is nearly perfectly by using the blower and air nozzle.
