This machine is used for drying the outsole and upper of shoes after treatment primer/ glue processing. It is light in size and does not take up space.
The processing flow is clearly displayed on the panel, including the heating time and whether it is completed or not.
The movable door design is adopted to effectively block the leakage of hot air and achieve energy saving effect.
Adjustable last bracket, suitable for shoe upper of all size.
Equipped with PLC and touch panel, the operation is simple and convenient, and also the real-time information of the oven can be pushed to mobile APP such as line or WeChat, so that managers can understand the machine and production capacity status at any time.
In the near future, customized OEE system and other applications can be introduced through IoT, such as energy monitoring, production capacity utilization, shutdown alarms, various data statistics, etc.
